Parsley butter

Properities

  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instruction

Place the butter in a small bowl. Add the parsley and salt and mash with a wooden spoon until combined. Chill the butter until needed but let it come to room temperature before spreading.
